How can I customize a birth gift ?
You can customize (almost) All products available on our website! With a first name, a date of birth, a sweet word ... it's you who choose and it's free! Customization options are detailed for each product. Depending on the colors, you have the option to choose a gold, white or silver customization.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order ?
Absolutely! You can add a pretty card for free with a personalized message to accompany your gift! Just tell us, when you place your order, the message you want to register in the inset provided for this purpose.
Can I add a package to my birth gift ?
Absolutely! You have the possibility to add to your order a pretty gift box to make your birth gift even more special. This option is available during the purchase process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box for your product to be perfectly protected and highlighted.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts ?
Parcels are shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. The deadline for delivery then varies according to the country of dispatch and the chosen delivery method. The preparation and delivery charges are fixed. We recommend that you consolidate all your articles in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately. Shipping costs would therefore apply to each of them.
Once spent, is it still possible to change my birth gift command ?
The modification of an order is still possible in the first hours that follow the purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that changes can be taken into account. For more information or for any other question, do not hesitate to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17h.
Can I return a personalized birth gift ?
Unfortunately, personalized birth gifts can not be returned except in case of default or error on our part. In case of problem, please contact within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
I offer a birth gift but I'm afraid that the person has already received it? I received a double duplicate picot gift, what to do ?
Do not panic, we resume duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of the color) with the same first name, contact us! For example if you receive a blue mouse backpack (model Marceau) Custom Paul (in silver) and a backpack Almond (model Marceau) Custom Paul (Golden), we can take one of the two. Just send us the photo of the two products by mail to contact @petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact march to follow. The product should not have been carried or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt we will send you a nice gift valid on all our site !
