We offer a variety of personalized birth gifts: from backpack to protect health book, passing through the bath cape or changing bag, we equip the minis in all their moments of life!
How can I customize a birth gift?
You can customize (almost) all products available on our website! With a name, a date of birth, a sweet word.. You choose and it's free! The customization options are detailed for each product. Depending on the colors, you can choose a gold, white or silver customization.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order?
Absolutely! You can add a nice free card with a personalized message to accompany your gift! Just let us know, at the time of placing your order, the message you wish to enter in the box provided for this purpose.
Can I add a package to my birth gift?
Absolutely! You have the possibility to add to your order a nice gift box to make your birth gift even more special. This option is available during the purchase process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box for your product to be perfectly protected and enhanced.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. The time limit for delivery then varies according to the country of dispatch and the method of delivery chosen. The preparation and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately. Shipping costs would therefore apply to each of them.
Once passed, is it still possible to change my birth gift order?
The modification of an order is still possible within the first hours of purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or for any other question, please contact us directly via our contact form or by telephone from monday to friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Can I return a personalized birth gift?
Unfortunately, personalized birth gifts cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you have any problems, please contact us contact within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
I'm offering a birth gift, but I'm afraid the person has already received it? I got a Little Picotin double present, what to do?
Don't panic, we'll do it again! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of colour) with the same name, contact us! For example if you receive a Blue mouse backpack (model Marceau) PAUL personalized (silver) and Amande backpack (model Marceau) PAUL personalized (doré), we can take over one of the two. Just send us the photo of the two products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact procedure to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire site!
