Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include packaging and handling charges as well as delivery fees. Handling and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each of them.
The dimensions of the boxes used are adapted and your items are properly protected.
The choice of your nearest pick-up point is made when you validate your order.
Your package will be kept for 7 to 8 days at a pick-up point or post office, and 3 days at a pick-up station.
They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without the need for a signature.

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.
Returns are made at your expense, and we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
If the order is a gift, exchange is the only option.
Please note that any personalised product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
1. Write to us at email@example.com indicating your request for an exchange and specifying your order number (within 30 days of receipt). We will confirm whether an exchange or refund is possible.
2. Return the product(s) intact, unwashed, and unworn, with the original label and packaging, in the package with your order along with your completed return form.

5. You will then receive an e-mail notifying you that the PETIT PICOTIN team has received your package. Your account will then be credited with the value of the returned item(s) within 7 days of receipt by the PETIT PICOTIN team. To purchase a new product, you will need to place a new order using this credit note. Postage of this new order will be at your expense. For a size exchange of the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded upon request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
