HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK?
When a product is out of stock, click on the ‘let me know' button on the product page. You'll automatically receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.
If you'd like a precise date, please get in touch with customer services.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN REGISTERED?
After validating your order and proceeding to secure payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the order reference.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT REFUSED?
First of all, check your payment card details and the information you provided to PETIT PICOTIN (surname, first name, etc.). Then, try again. You can also contact your bank to find out if you’ve reached a daily or weekly spend limit that may be blocking the authorisation of your payment.
If the problem persists, please contact our customer services.
CAN I RETRIEVE MY ORDER DETAILS?
You can find the details of your order, as well as your previous orders, on your account in the 'My Orders' section. You can also find your invoices in PDF format and print them.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE AND I'D LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ACTIVE ORDER. IS IT POSSIBLE?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order status is already 'preparation in progress', we can no longer modify or cancel it.
For any other request, please get in touch with Customer Services, stating your name and order number.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Any order placed before midnight is generally processed the next day. Nevertheless, the processing and preparation time of an order may be longer according to the items, and can take between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, from which point you can take into account the carrier's indicated delivery times.
In the case of an order that includes one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, we will ship the order as soon as we receive all the products that make up the order. If you wish to receive the currently available products as quickly as possible, we advise you to purchase them in a separate order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME FRAMES?
It takes up to 2 working days to prepare your order, and then:
- 48h for a Colissimo delivery in France
- 3 to 5 working days for shipment to a pick-up point in France
Deliveries outside of France may take 4 to 10 working days.
I'D LIKE TO PERSONALISE A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED
It is entirely possible to customise a product that you have already received; simply contact customer services by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+33 0618395141) to make your request.

CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE?
Personalised products are only sold on the website. There are several outlets that redistribute our products, but without the option of customisation. Contact us if you would like a list of resellers in your area.
