How do I contact customer service?
For any questions, the PETIT PICOTIN customer service is at your complete disposal:
- By phone: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9am to 6pm at 02 55 59 59 56
My payment was declined, what should I do?
First, check the data filled in during your payment (name, first name, card number, etc.). Then try again. You can also contact your bank to find out if a possible limit would block authorization of your payment.
If the problem persists, try changing browsers (chrome, internet explorer...). And if it still doesn't work, don't hesitate to contact our customer service, we're here to help you!
How do I cancel or modify my order?
There may still be time... it depends on the progress of your order! For any order including personalized products, modifications can be made until 9am the day after the order. After this time, personalizations can no longer be modified.
To make a modification, please contact our customer service at contact@petitpicotin.com as soon as possible. Marine will be able to tell you if your order is already being prepared (in which case it is too late to change anything) or if there is still time to modify it!
Is my order exchangeable or refundable?
PERSONALIZED products are neither returned nor exchanged (we asked ourselves the question, but the percentage chance of meeting someone interested in a blue mouse backpack personalized Marie-Léonie in gold… too risky!).
Return costs are free only in France and in European Union countries.
1/ Send us an email at contact@petitpicotin.com with the following information to confirm that the exchange / refund is possible:
4/ You will receive an email upon receipt of your package by the PETIT PICOTIN team. Within 7 days after receipt we will proceed with the refund.
What are the delivery times?
If you're in a hurry, we have an express delivery service with chronopost: place your order before 1pm and you'll receive it at home the next day!
For standard delivery times, allow 2 business days for personalization and order preparation then:
. - 48h for home delivery in France
. - 3 to 5 business days for delivery to a relay point in France
. - 4 to 10 business days for parcels sent internationally
I received a duplicate gift, what should I do?
Are you giving a gift and afraid they may have already received it? Have you received a duplicate gift?
Don't panic, we accept duplicates! Let us explain:
If you (or your friends) have received the same product, with the same first name, we take back the duplicate. For example a blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and a mint backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold) => that works
In this case, send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. Marine will give you the procedure to follow, you will need to send us one of the two back (at your expense). The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact.
Upon receipt we will send you a gift voucher to treat yourself on our site!
How do I know the restock dates for out-of-stock products?
When a product is out of stock, click on the "notify me" button in the product page. You will be notified first when it's back in stock (by email)!
I would finally like to personalize a product but I have already received it, what should I do?
If you received or bought a non-personalized gift and would finally like to personalize it, it's possible. We will personalize it for you free of charge.
1/ Send us an email at contact@petitpicotin.com with the following information to confirm that personalization is possible:
- Your order number
- Your last name
- The product to be personalized
- The desired first name for personalization
- The color of the personalization (silver, white or gold)
2/ Customer service will send you a return form
3/ Send the product(s) to be personalized along with your duly completed return form to the following address:

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4/ You will receive an email upon receipt of your parcel by the PETIT PICOTIN team. Within 7 days after receipt we will proceed with sending back the personalized order.

A little tip, if you're looking for a particular product, we advise you to just call them before going there because they don't have the entire collection.
