our products?
Step 1: we dream,
we find inspiration, we listen to you
Our first source of inspiration is you!
We observe the real lives of children and their parents. We chat, we ask questions, we read what you share. Your feedback is precious — it feeds every one of our ideas. We let them grow, we blend our desires and we imagine THE product. From all of this, the year's collection plan is born.
Step 2: we draw,
we sew, we test
Every product is drawn up on a technical sheet listing the details, the materials, the colours… Once the design is finalised, we work with our manufacturers in Portugal, trusted partners from the very start.
We then receive a prototype that we put to the (hard) test: the famous crash test! Once validated and certified "real life", it heads to the lab for compliance testing.
Step 3: finding
its little name
It's our little tradition. Every product gets a first name that suits it: Gaston the balloon, Marceau the backpack, Paulette the toiletry bag…
Once the name is found, the product truly comes to life. We can launch production and picture it at your home before long.
Step 4: let's get
production going
We make just the right amount — not too much, not too little.
We anticipate, we adjust, we learn.
And thanks to your consistently loyal orders (and a few years of experience), we avoid slow-moving stock and unsold items.
That's also part of how we think about sustainability.
Step 5: time for the photo shoot
It's always a big moment for us.
This is where everything comes together: the creative direction, the story we want to tell, the emotion we want to convey. It's also often the first encounter between our new products and the « outside world » — and every time, the magic happens!
Step 6: the finishing touch
This is the precise moment when each product truly becomes unique.
With a first name, a nickname, a sweet word: every personalisation is carried out in our workshop, with particular care and know-how.
Step 7: The (high) quality
check
Because you only get one chance to make a (very) good impression — especially when it comes to a gift — every product is gone over with a fine-tooth comb before being shipped.
Finishes, stitching, fabric… nothing escapes us!
Step 8:
Boxed with love
This last step is our favourite! As we pack your orders, we discover your selections, we see your personalisations… We picture our products in your home for a moment, and it fills us with joy!
We put our whole heart into it, we take great care, because the unboxing is also part of the experience and we want it to be worth it!
