Shipment of your parcel
Allow 2 to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be prepared.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order as we are unable to combine two separately placed orders. Shipping fees apply to each of them.
When preparing your order, the size of the gift boxes and pouches is adapted to the size of your products.
Delivery methods
- PICK-UP POINT: 2 to 3 business days
Choose your pick-up point at the time of ordering.
Parcel kept for 7 days (post office), 5 days (relay points) or 3 days (pick-up stations)
- HOME DELIVERY: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery via Chronopost, tracked and requiring signature upon delivery
- EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY: next-day delivery (for any order placed before 1pm)
Delivery via Chronopost, tracked and requiring signature upon delivery
- International (outside Europe): 4 to 20 business days
Delivery via Colissimo, tracked and requiring signature upon delivery

Returns and refunds
PERSONALIZED products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For NON-PERSONALIZED products, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Return shipping costs are free within mainland France and European Union countries only.
1. Contact us by email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Your request and the reason for the return
2. You will receive a return label + a form to fill in
3. Send back the item(s) intact, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, along with the completed form.
4. Once the parcel is received, you will be notified by email and refunded within 7 days.
Product personalization
Did you receive a non-personalized gift and would like to add a first name to it? It's possible, free of charge!
1. Send us an email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Order number
- Last name
- Product to personalize
- Desired first name
- Personalization color (silver, white or gold)
2. You will receive a return form
3. Send the product back with the completed form to:

4. Once received, we proceed with the personalization and send it back to you within 7 days.
Duplicate gift?
we take back duplicates!
Did you (or someone close to you) receive the same personalized product twice? Don't panic, we've got it covered!
For example: a mouse blue backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (silver) and an almond backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (gold) = that's fine!
What to do?
1. Send us a photo of both items at contact@petitpicotin.com
2. We will let you know the next steps
3. Send back one of the two products (at your expense) — it must be intact, unwashed and unworn
4. Upon receipt, you will receive a gift voucher to treat yourself on our website!
