Shipping your package
Allow 2 to 3 business days after payment is received for the preparation of your order.
We recommend grouping all your items in one order as we cannot combine two separately placed orders. Shipping fees apply to each one.
When preparing your order, the size of gift boxes and pouches is adapted to the size of your products.
Delivery methods
- RELAY POINT: 2 to 3 business days
Choice of point when ordering.
Package held for 7 days (post office), 5 days (relay points) or 3 days (pick-up stations)
- HOME: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery via Chronopost, tracked and signed for
- EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY: next day delivery (for any order placed before 1pm)

- International (outside Europe): 4 to 20 business days
Delivery via Colissimo, tracked and signed for

Returns and refund
PERSONALIZED products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For NON-PERSONALIZED products, you have a 30-day period after receiving your order to return it to us. The return fees are free only in mainland France and in European Union countries.
1. Contact us by email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Your request and the reason for the return
2. You'll receive a return label + a form to complete
3. Send back the item(s) intact, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by the completed form.
4. Once the package is received, you'll be informed by email and refunded within 7 days.
Personalization of a product
You received a non-personalized gift and would like to add a first name? It's possible, free of charge!
1. Send us an email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Order number
- Last name
- Product to personalize
- Desired first name
- Personalization color (silver, white or gold)
2. You'll receive a return form
3. Send back the product with the completed form to:

4. Once received, we proceed with the personalization and send it back to you within 7 days.
Duplicate gift?
we take back duplicates!
You (or your loved ones) have received the same personalized product twice? No panic, we'll take care of it!
For example: a blue mouse backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (silver) and an almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold) = that works!
How to proceed?

2. We'll tell you the steps to follow
3. Send back one of the two products (at your expense) — it must be intact, unwashed and unworn
4. Upon receipt, you'll receive a gift voucher to treat yourself on our site!
