Shipping Your Parcel
Allow 2 to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be prepared.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order as we are unable to combine two orders placed separately. Shipping costs apply to each one.
When preparing your order, the size of the gift boxes and pouches is adapted to the size of your products.
Delivery Methods
- PICKUP POINT: 2 to 3 business days
Choose your pickup point at the time of ordering.
Parcel held for 7 days (post office), 5 days (relay points), or 3 days (pick-up stations)
- HOME DELIVERY: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery via Chronopost, tracked and signed upon delivery
- EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY: next-day delivery (for any order placed before 1 PM)
Delivery via Chronopost, tracked and signed upon delivery
- International (outside Europe): 4 to 20 business days
Delivery via Colissimo, tracked and signed upon delivery

Returns and Refunds
PERSONALIZED products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For NON-PERSONALIZED products, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Return shipping costs are free for mainland France and European Union countries only.
1. Contact us by email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Your request and the reason for the return
2. You will receive a return label + a form to complete
3. Return the item(s) intact, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, along with the completed form.
4. Once the parcel is received, you will be notified by email and refunded within 7 days.
Product Personalization
You received a non-personalized gift and would like to add a first name? It's possible, free of charge!
1. Send us an email at contact@petitpicotin.com with:
- Order number
- Last name
- Product to personalize
- Desired first name
- Personalization color (silver, white, or gold)
2. You will receive a return form
3. Return the product with the completed form to:

4. Once received, we proceed with the personalization and send it back to you within 7 days.
Duplicate gift?
We take back duplicates!
You (or your loved ones) have received the same personalized product twice? Don't worry, we'll take care of it!
For example: a mouse-blue backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (silver) and an almond backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (gold) = that's fine!
How does it work?

2. We will let you know the next steps
3. Return one of the two products (at your expense) — it must be intact, unwashed, and unworn
4. Upon receipt, you will receive a gift voucher to treat yourself on our site!
