Nothing could be simpler! When ordering, you can add a first name, a date or a sweet message. Personalization is available on almost all products, and you can choose between several colors (gold, white or silver depending on the product)
From what age can you give a personalized gift?
From birth! Our products are adapted to each age group, we have products for the youngest but also for adults. For little ones, opt for swaddles, bath capes or comfort toys. For children aged 3 to 7, choose bags, aprons or pouches, perfect for accompanying daily adventures.
Can I send a gift directly to the child for their birthday?
Absolutely. Simply indicate the recipient's address when placing your order. You can also include a personalized card with a little birthday message.
Can I add a card with a message with my birthday gift?
Yes, and it's free! Simply write your personalized message in the space provided when placing your order. We'll print it on a lovely card to accompany your gift.
Can I add gift wrapping for the birthday gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can then be reused as a drawing box, medicine box or memory box.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made in 2-3 business days, then shipped quickly. Allow approximately one week for delivery in metropolitan France. An email is sent to you as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. But we also offer express delivery to receive your order within 24 hours if needed.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my birthday gift order?
Modifying an order is still possible in the first hours following the purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the modifications can be taken into account. For more information or any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Can I return a personalized birthday gift?
Unfortunately, personalized birthday gifts cannot be returned except in case of defect or error on our part. In case of problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a birthday gift but I'm afraid the person has already received it? I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift, what should I do?
Don't panic, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Blue Mouse backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take back one of them. Simply send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We'll give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt we'll send you a gift voucher valid throughout our site!
