How do you personalize a birthday gift?
Nothing could be simpler! When placing your order, you can add a first name, a date or a little personal message. Personalization is available on almost all products, and you can choose from several colors (gold, white or silver depending on the product).
From what age can you give a personalized gift?
From birth! Our products are suited to every age group — we have products for the youngest ones as well as for adults. For little ones, go for swaddles, bath capes or comfort toys. For children aged 3 to 7, opt for bags, aprons or pouches, perfect for accompanying their everyday adventures.
Can I send a gift directly to the child for their birthday?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address when placing your order. You can also include a personalized card with a little birthday message.
Can I add a card with a message with my birthday gift?
Yes, and it's free! Simply write your personalized message in the designated field when placing your order. We print it on a lovely card to accompany your gift.
Can I add gift wrapping for the birthday gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can later be reused as a drawing box, medicine box or memory box.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made within 2-3 working days, then dispatched quickly. Allow approximately one week for delivery within mainland France. An email is sent to you as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. We also offer express delivery to receive your order within 24 hours if needed.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my birthday gift order?
Modifying an order is still possible in the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Can I return a personalized birthday gift?
Unfortunately, personalized birthday gifts cannot be returned except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a birthday gift but I'm worried the person may have already received it. I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift — what should I do?
No need to panic, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of the color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Blue mouse backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in gold), we can take back one of the two. Simply send us a photo of both products by email at contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, and must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid across our entire site!
