How can I personalize a birthday gift?
It couldn’t be easier! When placing your order, you can add a name, a date, or a sweet little message. Personalization is available on almost all products, and you can choose from several colors (gold, white, or silver, depending on the product).
Can I send a birthday gift directly to the child?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s address when placing your order. You can also include a personalized card with a little birthday message.
Can I include a card with a message with my birthday gift?
Yes, and it’s free! Simply write your personalized message in the box provided when placing your order. We’ll print it on a lovely card to accompany your gift.
Can I add gift packaging to a birthday present?
Yes! You can select the "gift box" option at checkout. We’ll pack your order in a lovely gift box that can later be reused to store drawings, first-aid supplies, or keepsakes.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made in 2–3 business days, then shipped promptly. Allow about a week for delivery in mainland France. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If needed, we also offer express delivery so you can receive your order within 24 hours.
Can I still change my birthday gift order after placing it?
You can still change an order in the first few hours after placing it. Please contact us promptly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 so we can confirm whether the changes can be made. For more information or any other questions, feel free to contact us through our contact form or by phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I return a personalized birthday gift?
Unfortunately, personalized birthday gifts cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made a mistake. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What if I’m giving a birthday gift and worry the recipient already has it? What should I do if I receive a duplicate Petit Picotin gift?
Don’t worry—we accept duplicate gifts! If you (or your friends) have received the same product with the same name on it, regardless of color, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in silver and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in gold, we can take one of them back. Just email us a photo of both products at contact@petitpicotin.com. We’ll tell you exactly what to do. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift voucher valid across our entire website!
