How can I personalize a birth gift?
You can personalize (almost) all products available on our website! With a first name, a date of birth, a sweet message… You choose and it's free! Personalization options are detailed for each product. Depending on the color, you can choose a gold, white, or silver personalization.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order?
Absolutely! You can add a beautiful card with a personalized message to accompany your gift, completely free of charge! Simply let us know, when placing your order, the message you would like written in the space provided for this purpose.
Can I add gift wrapping to my birth gift?
Absolutely! You have the option to add a beautiful gift box to your order to make your birth gift even more special. This option is available during the purchase process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box so that your product is perfectly protected and presented.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Parcels are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment is received. The delivery time then varies depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method. Preparation and shipping fees are fixed. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We are unable to combine two separately placed orders. Shipping fees would therefore apply to each of them.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my birth gift order?
An order can still be modified in the first few hours following the purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or for any other questions, feel free to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
I'm giving a birth gift but I'm worried the person may have already received it. I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift — what should I do?
Don't panic, we accept duplicates! If you (or your friends) received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (in gold), we can take one of them back. Simply send us a photo of both products by email at contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid across our entire site!
