How can I personalize a birth gift?
You can personalize (almost) all products available on our website! With a first name, a birth date, a sweet word… You choose and it's free! Personalization options are detailed for each product. Depending on colors, you have the option to choose gold, white or silver personalization.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order?
Absolutely! You can add a beautiful card with a personalized message for free to accompany your gift! Just indicate to us, when placing your order, the message you wish to write in the space provided for this purpose.
Can I add wrapping to my baby gift?
Absolutely! You have the option to add a beautiful gift box to your order to make your baby gift even more special. This option is available during the checkout process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box so that your product is perfectly protected and showcased.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment receipt. Delivery time then varies depending on the shipping country and the chosen delivery method. Preparation and delivery fees are fixed. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders. Shipping fees would therefore apply to each of them.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my baby gift order?
Order modifications are still possible within the first few hours following purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the modifications can be taken into account. For more information or any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly through our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Can I return a personalized birth gift?
Unfortunately, personalized baby gifts cannot be returned except in case of defect or error on our part. In case of a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a baby gift but I'm afraid the person has already received it? I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift, what should I do?
Don't panic, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (model Marceau) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take back one of the two. You just need to send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire site!
