How can I personalize a baby gift?
You can personalize (almost) every product on our website! Add a name, a date of birth, or a sweet message… It’s up to you, and it’s free! Personalization options are listed for each product.
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my order?
Absolutely! You can add a lovely card with a personalized message to accompany your gift at no extra cost! Just enter the message you’d like to include in the box provided when placing your order.
Can I add gift wrapping to my baby gift?
Absolutely! You can add a lovely gift box to your order to make your baby gift even more special. This option is available during checkout. Based on your order, we’ll carefully select the most suitable box to protect your product and show it off beautifully.
How long does delivery take for personalized gifts?
Packages are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method selected. Handling and delivery fees are fixed. We recommend placing all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, so shipping fees would apply to each one.
Can I change my baby gift order after placing it?
You can still change an order within the first few hours after placing it. Please call us promptly at 02 55 59 59 56 so we can confirm whether your changes can be made. For more information or any other questions, feel free to contact us through our contact form or by phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I return a personalized baby gift?
Unfortunately, personalized baby gifts cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I’m giving a baby gift, but what if the recipient already has one? I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift—what should I do?
Don’t worry, we accept duplicate gifts for return! If you (or your friends) have received the same product, regardless of color, personalized with the same name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (the Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in silver and an Almond backpack (the Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in gold, we can take one of them back. Just email us a photo of both products at contact@petitpicotin.com. We’ll tell you exactly what to do next. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift voucher valid across our entire site!
