I'm giving a christening gift but I'm worried the person may have already received it. I received a Petit Picotin gift in duplicate — what should I do?
No need to panic, we accept duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in gold), we can take one of them back. Simply send us a photo of both products by email at contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire website!
