Unfortunately, personalized christening gifts cannot be returned except in case of defect or error on our part. In case of a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a christening gift but I'm afraid the person has already received it? I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift, what should I do?
Don't panic, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take back one of them. Simply send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We'll give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we'll send you a gift voucher valid on our entire site!
