How long does delivery take for personalized baptism gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made in 2–3 business days, then shipped promptly. Allow about a week for delivery in mainland France. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you need it sooner, we also offer express delivery so you can receive your order within 24 hours.
Can I change my baptism gift order after placing it?
You may still be able to change your order within the first few hours after placing it. Please call us promptly at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm whether we can make the changes. For more information or any other questions, contact us through our contact form or by phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I return a personalized baptism gift?
Unfortunately, personalized baptism gifts cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I want to give a baptism gift, but what if they’ve already received it? What should I do if I’ve received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift?
Don’t worry—we accept returns of duplicate gifts! If you (or your friends) have received the same product with the same name, regardless of color, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in silver and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL in gold, we can take one of them back. Just email photos of both products to contact@petitpicotin.com. We’ll tell you exactly what to do next. The product must not have been used or washed and must be in perfect condition. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift certificate valid across our entire website!
