Can I add gift wrapping for a teacher/nanny gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We’ll prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can later be reused as an art supply box, first-aid box, or keepsake box.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made within 2–3 business days, then shipped quickly. Please allow around one week for delivery in mainland France. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready to ship. We also offer express delivery if you need to receive your order within 24 hours.
Once I’ve placed my order, can I still modify my teacher/nanny gift order?
It is still possible to modify an order during the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us promptly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be accommodated. Can I return a personalized teacher/nanny gift?
Unfortunately, personalized baby gifts cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
