Yes, simply write your personalised message in the dedicated box when placing your order. We print it on a lovely card to accompany your gift.
Can I add gift wrapping for a teacher/nanny gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can later be reused as a drawing box, medicine box or keepsake box.
What are the delivery times for personalised gifts?
Our personalised gifts are made within 2-3 business days, then shipped promptly. Allow about one week for delivery within mainland France. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. We also offer express delivery to receive your order within 24 hours if needed.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my teacher/nanny gift order?
An order can still be modified within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. Can I return a personalised teacher/nanny gift?
Unfortunately, personalised birth gifts cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
