Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can then be reused as a storage box, medicine box or memory box.

Our personalized gifts are made in 2-3 business days, then shipped quickly. Allow about a week for delivery in mainland France. An email is sent to you as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. But we also have express delivery to receive your order in 24 hours if needed.

An order can still be modified within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. Unfortunately, personalized wedding gifts cannot be returned except in case of defect or error on our part. If there's a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Don't panic, we accept returns of duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take back one of them. Just send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We'll give you the exact procedure to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we'll send you a gift voucher valid on our entire site!
