How do I personalize a wedding gift?
Personalization is available on all products and is very easy to do when placing your order. A first name, wedding date, or sweet message—it’s up to you to choose what will make the newlyweds’ hearts skip a beat. Depending on the product, you can choose gold, white, or silver personalization.
Can I add a card with a message to my wedding gift?
Yes, simply write your personalized message in the designated box when placing your order. We print it on a lovely card to accompany your wedding gift.
Can I add gift wrapping for the wedding gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We’ll prepare your order in a lovely gift box that can then be reused as a storage box, medicine box, or keepsake box.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made within 2–3 business days, then shipped quickly. Please allow around one week for delivery in mainland France. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready to ship. We also offer express delivery if you need to receive your order within 24 hours.
Once I’ve placed my order, can I still make changes to my wedding gift order?
Changes to an order are still possible during the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us promptly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be accommodated. For more information or any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I return a personalized wedding gift?
Unfortunately, personalized wedding gifts cannot be returned except in the event of a defect or an error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I’m giving a wedding gift, but I’m worried the person may have already received it. I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift—what should I do?
No worries, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized with PAUL (in gold), we can take one of them back. Simply email us a photo of both products at contact@petitpicotin.com. We’ll give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed and must be intact. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift card valid across our entire website!
