How do I personalize a wedding gift?
Personalization is available on all products and is very easy to do when placing your order. A first name, the wedding date, or a sweet word — it's up to you to choose what will make the newlyweds' hearts flutter. Depending on the product, you can choose gold, white, or silver personalization.
Can I add a card with a message to my wedding gift?
Yes, simply write your personalized message in the designated field when placing your order. We print it on a beautiful card to accompany your wedding gift.
Can I add gift wrapping for the wedding gift?
Yes! You can choose the "gift box" option at checkout. We prepare your order in a beautiful gift box that can then be reused as a storage box, medicine box, or memory box.
What are the delivery times for personalized gifts?
Our personalized gifts are made within 2-3 business days, then shipped promptly. Allow approximately one week for delivery within mainland France. An email is sent to you as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. We also offer express delivery to receive your order within 24 hours if needed.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my wedding gift order?
Modifications to an order are still possible in the first few hours following purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or any other questions, feel free to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Can I return a personalized wedding gift?
Unfortunately, personalized wedding gifts cannot be returned except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a wedding gift but I'm worried the person may have already received it. I received a Petit Picotin gift in duplicate — what should I do?
No need to panic — we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us! For example, if you receive a Blue Mouse backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in gold), we can take one of them back. Simply send us a photo of both products by email at contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow. The product must not have been worn or washed, and must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire website!
