A story which talks about children's sleep with an element of humour

"At 8.30 Mum finished the evening story. "To bed my Archibald", she said to me with a kiss. I answered "yes, yes, Mummy dear" and got out my train."

This is the beginning of a story told by Archibald. 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock, then midnight… Until 4 a.m., Dad, Mum and Mamita all take turns trying to convince Archibald that it's time to go to sleep. Each of them uses their gentle cunning, their infallible technique, their implacable theory. But by the early morning, they all end up asleep in various parts of the house, while Archibald, still awake, has to tuck them in before going to sleep peacefully in his parents' empty bed...
