Printable postcards for the holidays

Vacation is a time for discoveries, ice cream enjoyed in the sun, sandcastles, and memories that stay with you for a long time. What if this year, we brought back a lovely tradition? Sending a postcard to grandparents, a godfather, a godmother, or a friend is a wonderful way to share a little piece of your vacation.

Why send a postcard during the holidays?

In an age of instant messages, receiving a postcard in the mailbox is always a delight. For children, it's also a lovely way to learn to take the time to write and share their adventures. Writing a postcard gives them the chance to: share their most cherished vacation memories, bring joy to their loved ones with a personal touch, practice writing a few sentences while having fun, create a keepsake that recipients will treasure. Just a few lines are enough to bring a smile to those who stayed home!

We've created several printable postcard templates in the soft, colorful world of Petit Picotin. Illustrated with summery motifs, they're designed to delight children and parents alike. Once printed, your child can write a little message, draw a souvenir from their vacation, add some stickers or colors, and sign their card before slipping it into an envelope.
