Absolutely, when in doubt, the gift card is a great idea! From our website, you have the option to purchase a physical or digital gift card. You can then choose to send it to yourself or directly to the person you want to treat.
Can I add wrapping to my personalized Christmas gift?
Absolutely! You have the option to add to your order a beautiful gift box to make your Christmas gift truly magical! This option is available during the purchase process. Depending on your order, we take care to select the most suitable box so that your Christmas gift is perfectly protected and showcased under the tree!
Can I add a card with a personalized message to my Christmas order?
Absolutely! You can add a beautiful card with a personalized message free of charge to accompany your Christmas gift! Just indicate, when placing your order, the message you wish to write in the space provided for this purpose.
What are the delivery times for personalized Christmas gifts?
Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. The delivery time then varies depending on the shipping country and the delivery method chosen. Preparation and delivery fees are fixed. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately. Shipping fees would therefore apply to each of them.
Until when can I order to receive my Christmas order on time?
With a standard delivery method, you have until December 18 to place your order and be delivered in time for Christmas. After this date, you will still have the option to order express, until December 21 - 12:45 PM, to receive your order within 24 hours. As the Christmas period is very busy for carriers, we nevertheless recommend that you anticipate as much as possible to avoid any potential disappointment.
Once placed, is it still possible to modify my Christmas gift order?
Modifying an order is still possible within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. For more information or any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly via our contact form or by phone Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Can I return a personalized Christmas gift?
Unfortunately, personalized gifts cannot be returned except in case of defect or error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
I'm giving a Petit Picotin Christmas gift but I'm afraid the person might have already received it? I received a duplicate Petit Picotin gift, what should I do?
Don't panic, we take back duplicates! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us!
For example, if you receive a Mouse Blue backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take back one of them. Simply send us a photo of both products by email to contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact procedure to follow.
The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire site!
