Depending on your order, we carefully select the most suitable box so that your Christmas gift is perfectly protected and beautifully presented under the tree!

Absolutely! You can freely add a lovely card with a personalized message to accompany your Christmas gift! Simply let us know, when placing your order, the message you would like written in the designated space.

Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. The delivery time then varies depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method. Preparation and shipping fees are fixed. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately. Shipping fees would therefore apply to each of them.

With standard delivery, you have until December 18th to place your order and be delivered in time for Christmas. After that date, you will still be able to order via express delivery, until December 21st - 12:45 pm, to receive your order within 24 hours. As the Christmas period is very busy for carriers, we nonetheless recommend planning ahead as much as possible to avoid any potential disappointment.

Modifying an order is still possible within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact us quickly by phone at 02 55 59 59 56 to confirm that the changes can be taken into account. Unfortunately, personalized gifts cannot be returned except in the case of a defect or error on our part. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

No need to panic, we accept duplicates back! If you (or your friends) have received the same product (regardless of color) with the same first name, contact us!
For example, if you receive a Blue mouse backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (in silver) and an Almond backpack (Marceau model) personalized PAUL (gold), we can take one of the two back. Simply send us a photo of both products by email at contact@petitpicotin.com. We will give you the exact steps to follow.
The product must not have been worn or washed, it must be intact. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift voucher valid on our entire website!
