Picking
It all starts the moment your order appears on the screen. With her rolling cart, Marine walks the aisles and picks up the backpacks, ponchos, comfort toys, toiletry bags, and other treasures to be sent. This is where your order begins its little journey!
Once all of the day's products are gathered, it's time for the most anticipated step: personalization. Élise takes on a precision task: preparing the names that will then be personalized on your products. The challenge: not mixing up Mathieu with Mattieu, or the gold name with the white one! And to accompany them, our six machines: Albertine, Honorine, Florentine, Apolline, Gigi and Sixtine. They're running at full speed. These are heat presses that reach very high temperatures and apply strong pressure: the name literally melts into the material to stay there… for good. You can wash, rewash, and wash again: the name won't budge an inch.

Quality control
Before being packaged, each product goes through quality control. Pretty bows are straightened, cushions and balloons are restuffed, loose threads are cut. If a product has a defect, we set it aside and analyze it. Because quality at Petit Picotin is not just a promise — it's a reality.
Last but not least: we pack your order with care! The order is slipped into a drawstring bag or a tote bag. We regularly change their color and print. We love seeing that you collect them to store underwear, toy cars, snacks, comfort toys… Small items are sent in a kraft envelope, larger ones in a box, both adorned with lovely illustrations that bring a smile to the postman's face.

Depending on the delivery method you chose, you will receive your products within 24 hours for the express option, if you place your order before 1 pm, and within 2-3 working days with Chronopost! Delivery to a pickup point or to your home, Petit Picotin now delivers anywhere in the world. As for those in Nantes, you can come pick up your orders at the workshop.
